Arriving at the location
Budapest is a well-connected city. You can fly in with various low-cost airlines like WizzAir and Ryanair. From the airport take bus 100E and you’ll stop right by the venue. If you are travelling from neighbouring countries, train and buses like FlixBus and Volánbusz might be a good solution for you, too.
Akvárium Klub is in the centre of Budapest (1051 Budapest, Erzsébet tér 12.). You can jump on the metro (M1, M2, M3) or get to the venue by bus (9,15,16,105,4,100E) or tram (47,48,49).
Although it is not recommended arriving by car, Erzsébet Parking Garage is an underground parking space next to Akvárium, where you can leave your car for HUF 800/hr fom 7AM to 7PM and HUF 600/hr from 7PM to 7AM, or you can pre-pay a daily pass for HUF 10 000. Covid-19
We follow the same rules that are applied across Hungary. We will update you in case rules change.
Currently in Hungary there are no regulations. We will update you via email in case rules will change. (COVID-19 information (visithungary.com))
If the Conerence is postponed, we will provide you with substitute passes to the conference at a later date. No refunds will be provided if the conference is postponed.
General
The conference will take place at Akvárium Klub, Erzsébet tér 12, Hungary on 29-30 November.
We have different kinds of tickets depending on your role.
If you're a startup, you can apply for the startup ticket. You fill out the form, we evaluate it, and when approved, we will send you the link where you can purchase your ticket - which we will keep at a special price for you. Startups are in general requested to pay for participation in the Conference. Benefits include: access to the physical event, networking sessions and all public side events of the Conference; the opportunity to be included in the Untold Stories Conference startup catalog, shared with corporate and investors participating in the Conference; the opportunity to sign up and participate in the Pitch Slam and Group Office Hours during the Conference.
With the General Admission Ticket you will have access to the physical venue and event facilities; networking sessions and all public side events of the Conference.
With Business Executive / Corporate Ticket you will have access to the physical event and venue facilities; networking sessions offered throughout the event; entry to all public side events organized, as well as access to the exclusive Speaker Lounge.
With VC / Investor Ticket you will have access to the physical event and venue facilities; networking sessions offered throughout the entirety of the event duration; entry to all public side events organized; access to the exclusive Speaker Lounge and access to the Untold Stories Conference Budapest startup catalog.
The event will start on 29 Novemeber. The opening ceremony will take place in the main hall, the exact time will be announced soon!

Startups

You fill out the form, we evaluate it (within 2 working days), and if approved, we will send you the link where you can purchase your ticket - which we will keep at a special price for you!
Once you receive your ticket link you will have 7 days to reserve your spot, otherwise we might release it to someone else.
Tickets
Your tickets have been sent to you to the email address provided upon order. A few times it can take a little while, please be patient. :)

If you find that you cannot attend to Untold Stories Conference you need to notify us as soon as possible (and in any case no later than 7 days before the start of the Conference) by email at hello@untoldstoriesconference.com with the Subject: Change of Ticket Holder
Yes, you can buy tickets for your team. You would need to add their email addresses and position at the company in order to have the ticket duly filled and sent to them.
You can request your ticket to be assigned to your colleague, but you can't redfund it.
